What products do you offer?

Are your products true to size? Â
Yes. Our tees and hoodies fit true to size with a modern retail fit. If you prefer a looser fit, we recommend sizing up. Check individual product pages for specific measurements.
Can I see size charts?

How long does shipping take?
Orders are printed and shipped within 3-5 business days. Delivery typically takes 3-7 business days after that, depending on your location.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the United States.
How can I track my order?
You'll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships. Check your spam folder if you don't see it within 5 business days of ordering.

Returns & Exchanges
What's your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items in original condition. Custom or sale items are final sale.
How do I start a return? Â
Contact us through our Contact page with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you return instructions and a prepaid label.
Do you offer exchanges? Â
Yes! If you need a different size or color, let us know and we'll process an exchange. We cover return shipping for size exchanges.

Product Care
How do I wash my FITZ apparel?
Machine wash cold, inside out. Tumble dry low or hang dry. Avoid bleach and fabric softeners to keep prints vibrant and fabric soft.
Will the design fade?
Our prints are high-quality and designed to last. Follow care instructions and your design will stay vibrant wash after wash.
